Rights Perumpadappu (Rights Foundation Reg No: 110/2020/4 and Rights Palliative Care & Rehabilitation Centre Reg No: MPM/359/2017) established at Perumpadappu, Malappuram District, Kerala India provides compassionate and dedicated service in the areas of healthcare, education and social welfare. The trust upholds and disseminates the message of compassion and equality and focus on ensuring improved access to high quality pain and palliative care, Dialysis, Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Child development services to the underprivileged section of society.

Today, Rights Perumpadappu is recognized as a hub of benevolence offering unique and inter related services to the growing needs of under privileged and vulnerable community. The Trust hosts 6,000 square feet infrastructure (facility) at its own land accommodating Rights Palliative & Rehabilitation Centre, Physiotherapy Centre, Mental Health and Dialysis Centre. In addition the Centre has expanded its reach to integrate within its domain Rights Child Development Centre offering specialized training programs for children. Additionally, it houses a complete Early Intervention Unit and a Special Education Training Unit. The endeavor to address the unique needs of children and equipping them with good life skills is one among the many critical dimensions of Rights Perumpadappu.
